Mindy Holden's journey in the legal field began on February 8, 1999, as a legal secretary. After enhancing her expertise with paralegal classes at the University of New Orleans in 2001 and 2002, she transitioned to the role of paralegal in 2003, a title she has proudly held ever since. Mindy's career has been deeply rooted in family law, where she has gained invaluable experience working alongside family law attorneys and forensic experts focusing on support and community property aspects of divorce.

With a passion for continuous learning, Mindy has attended numerous Continuing Legal Education (CLE) courses and stays updated by regularly reading new opinions from the Louisiana Courts of Appeal and Louisiana Supreme Court, as well as legislation impacting family law. Her interests also include exploring new case studies on mental health, co-parenting tools, and addiction.

Mindy's approach to family law is deeply humanistic; she is committed to guiding clients through the emotional complexities of litigation, particularly in divorce and child custody disputes. Recognizing the intense emotional toll these cases can have, her goal is to support and reassure clients, helping them see that life can improve post-dispute, with a focus on creating healthy futures for their children.
